The above is a picture of my father, his sister, and his late brother. I picked this up in September when I was up visiting my Dad. This is a very special picture to me. What a fine looking set of children, a bit spread out in age. Christina and Dexter Moon must have been very proud.
My uncle Dexter died of a heart attack in his 40s. He was in the Korean war. My Aunt Ella collected dolls and gave me great joy in my childhood. I loved to watch her put on her make-up.
My Dad's sense of humor and wit have always brought joy to my life. He's nearing the twilight in his life now too and that is hard to watch, but it is indeed the circle of life.
