Red Velvet Cake

I have been thinking about this cake for 2 weeks now. I'm planning to bake a nice one, or perhaps cupcakes.

I had 1/2 a red velvet cupcake in Virgina recently. I was only sorry that I had just eaten dinner. Perhaps I will bake hundreds...really read ones.

I'm in the planning and development phase now. Collecting recipes and thinking about doing this.
